Just 5 minutes from Orvieto, a typical medieval town in the Umbria region, standing on a terraced hill is the casale “TORRE DEL CARDINALE” which takes its name from the farm on which it was built. In this place, grape vines and olive trees provide the owners with good wine and excellent olive oil.
